‘Vanilla’ in Chinese

香草味 xiāngcǎo wèi – vanilla flavor(ed)

If you do, perhaps you’ll also find these names useful:

香草拿铁 xiāngcǎo nátiě – vanilla latte
香草糖浆 xiāngcǎo tángjiāng – vanilla syrup
香草味的冰淇淋 xiāngcǎo (wèi de) bīngqílín – vanilla (flavored) ice cream

❗️Mind that in Chinese, the adjective “vanilla” doesn’t refer to anything else except the flavor – so you can’t call a “vanilla kind of guy” 香草味的男人🚫🚫😅
(Instead, you can describe them literally as 很普通的 hěn pǔtōng de, “very ordinary”）
